When will your Caldwell County student take the 6 hour behind the wheel portion? Typically, 45-60 days after their final date of classroom portion of driver's education. This varies depending on class size and ages of the students. Please make sure you provide the correct phone number. Driving schedules are set by the individual driving instructor. Please be patient once completing the written portion of the course, as a maximum of three students can be driven per session.

Once you submit this form, your student is ENROLLED. You will not receive any additional alerts, please write the dates down that you sign up for, and show up on those dates. SCHS, Hibriten, WCHS classes are from 3-6pm M-F. WCHS Saturday classes are held 8-2:30pm for 5 consecutive Saturdays. Early College classes are 2:30-5:30 M-F. ALL SUMMER SESSIONS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY FROM 8AM-2:30PM. ANY CALDWELL COUNTY STUDENT CAN ATTEND ANY CLASS AT ANY SCHOOL!
Our virtual course is available year-round, open to any student who is already 14.5 years old. This is the same NC State approved 30 hour course curriculum presented in our in person classrooms. This will allow your student to complete the course VIRTUALLY with access to our licensed instructor throughout its duration. This option also satisfies the NC requirement of drivers education. This course includes the 6 hours behind the wheel, your student will drive one on one with our instructor once the course is completed. This option is $465.
